On Wednesday, 5th March 2025, Lovely Arms Montessori School (LAMS) held its much-anticipated election to select new school prefects. This was a remarkable day as both students and staff actively participated in the voting process, ensuring a fair and democratic selection of the school’s new leaders.
A Well-Organized Voting System
The election was conducted in a well-structured manner, allowing for a smooth and transparent voting process. Students and staff cast their votes efficiently, thanks to the structured ballot system put in place. The entire event was well-coordinated, fostering a sense of responsibility and engagement among students.
Counting and Declaration of Results
Once voting ended, the results were carefully counted, ensuring accuracy and fairness. At the end of the day, the Headmaster, Mr. Julius Ashinyo, officially declared the winners, congratulating the newly elected prefects on their well-deserved positions.
The Role of Prefects
The newly elected prefects will serve as role models, assisting in maintaining discipline, organizing school activities, and representing the student body in various capacities. Their leadership will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience at LAMS.
